Bodoni Systems was established in 1990 and is the UK's leading colour management consultancy. In order to help printers and designers achieve the ISO standard on their presses and proofing devices, we have developed pressSIGN and proofSIGN. These programs measure the press and proof and confirm they are meeting the international standards or any other standard defined by the user. 

We are the only Fogra trained company in the UK and Ireland able to offer Fogra ISO 12647-2 Certification to Offset Printing Standards. Fogra Certification is the only internationally recognised demonstration of print quality used by print buyers to select quality printers.

Bodoni Systems is a member of the BPIF technical standards committee advising on ISO 12647 implementation and colour control within the printing industry.

We are members of the UK TC130 technical committee providing input to the ISO 12647-2 printing and related standards.

We are a reseller for all major manufacturers of colour control and colour management products including Alwan, Pantone, Gretag Macbeth, DataColor, X-Rite and others.

We run regular colour management and colour workflow training programs both at our showroom and on customer premises.

As part of our colour services we profile all input and output devices. We have expertise to profile all of the most common RIPs (Raster Image Processors) and the printing devices.

Bodoni Systems is also a founding member of the EPSON Pro Focus Group of value added suppliers of Epson wide format inkjet printers. As a result we stock a wide range of materials for these printers.

We have been selling and servicing the Hasselblad / Imacon range of high-end scanners for over 20 years.

Bodoni Systems has modern showroom facilities in Watford, Herts., half-hour from central London just off Junction 18 of the M25 between Rickmansworth and Watford, just twenty minutes from London’s Heathrow airport.
